Cut a narrow strip of paper or use a piece of string — about 10 cm long and 0.5 cm wide.
Wrap the strip snugly around the finger you want to wear the ring on. Mark where the end overlaps.
Lay the strip flat on a ruler and measure the circumference in millimetres up to your mark.
Compare your measurement with the table below. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
